Healthcare providers are required to take a more advanced class. Professionals that usually need Healthcare Provider BLS are:

  • Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Medical Assistant
  • Respiratory Therapist
  • Hospital Transporters
  • Paramedic / EMT / Fire Fighter
  • Dentist & Assistants
  • Most Hospital works
  • Healthcare Students

Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

This course is designed for medical professions that work in the adult critical care setting. Professionals needing this course are:

  • Doctors
  • Residents
  • Nurses (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Respiratory Therapist
  • Paramedic / Firefighter
  • Pharmacist

Students taking this course for the first time and students that have expired over a year ago will need to take the ACLS First Time provider Course (see here). If you are current are expired but not expired over a year you can take the ACLS Update Course (see here).

This course is designed for medical professions that work in the Pediatric critical care setting. Professionals needing this course are:
  • Doctors
  • Residents
  • Nurses (RN)

Students taking this course for the first time and students that have expired over a year ago will need to take the PALS First Time provider Course (see here). If you are current are expired but not expired over a year you can take the PALS Update Course (see here).
